Montana Ranch Interiors Shipping and Warranty Information

FREE SHIPPING: 
Montana Ranch Interiors offers free shipping on all items with the lower 48 states.  Please contact for shipping quotes to Hawaii, Alaska or international locations.  

Shipping Methods:
Shipping is available by FedEx or UPS Ground on smaller items.  Larger items are shipped directly by the manufacturer or freight companies (example: Yellow Freight).  Shipping locations must be readily accessible by a large delivery vehicle.  Items are delivered curbside or driveway only.   

Custom Delivery:
Custom delivery and setup by the manufacturer is available on large orders.  Please call for more information.

Shipping Timeline:
Most items are built to order and will ship within 2-6 weeks.  You are welcome to call us for an exact shipping date of your product. 

Upon Delivery:
Customer or customer representative must be present at time of delivery.  Please inspect all items for damage.  Refuse delivery of any item that is damaged and note the damage on the delivery driver’s bill of lading.  Do not discard any packaging material if the item was damaged.

Returns:
No returns or refunds.   Please call if you need to discuss exchanging a product.  The customer will pay shipping costs.

Warranty:
All Montana Ranch Interiors line of furniture carries a lifetime warranty for non-commercial.  We offer a five-year warranty for commercial use furniture.  The warranty does not apply to items lost or stolen, damaged by cleaning agents or fire, abused, placed in extreme temperature conditions (example: stored in hot attic or storage), exposed to weather, altered or pet/animal damage.  Changes in the wood due to normal use such as dings, small cracks, scratches, watermarks or color variation are not covered. 
All other products carry a 30-day warranty.
